- Then the name of the buyer, now called the stock owner or shareholder, is indicated.
- The certificate number and the current date should be included as well.
- Then the information on the stocks or shares bought has to be indicated. Such information would include the number of shares bought, how much the price per share is, what type of share or stock is being bought, and if there are any restrictions that have to be stipulated.
- There should then be a declaration that the stock owner or shareholder has received the Stock Certificate to certify the transfer of stocks. After this declaration, the name and signature of the shareholder should be affixed.
- Along with all these information, and probably the most crucial section of the Stock Certificate Form, are the signatures of the appropriate heads of the company, such as the president and vice president of the company. This is very important to solidify the Stock Certificate. If the company or organization uses a stamp or seal, it should also be imprinted on the certificate to make it even more official.
