All activities of different organizations are always reviewed before and after it is being implemented. The reason for this is that each organization will be able to compare their expected output of the event with the outcome. This way, they will also be able to determine if the objectives or criteria were carried out during the activities.

Reviews are not just limited to the activities that are to be held. Even employees get reviewed once in a while regarding their performances. Each one are to be given a candidate review form in order to evaluate each one’s performance review.
