By using any type of technological devices, an individual can easily draft a letter, especially when having a ready-made format for his intentions. One of the known letters for employment or job purposes is a Job Application Letter which is commonly attached with an applicant’s resume or curriculum vitae.
Employment Recommendation Letter Format
There are people who have been known by several due to their excellent skills and abilities, and most of these individuals are being recommended by their higher officers for a job position. With an Employment Letter of Recommendation, a manager, supervisor or a colleague can inform a company that an individual is competent and qualified enough for a position.

Employee Contract Termination Letter Format
The last significant letter which may cause alarm to an employee is an Employee Termination Letter sent by the company management. This document serves as a plaque stating the employee’s end from his job. It summarizes the intention of the company to fire the employee and what possible actions will the employee take as he will undergo the termination process.
It is important that these letters should be kept for documentation and future use. In events of termination and resignation, the employer should have the proper paperwork to support the statements of the letter, such as the employee’s grounds for his termination, and his valid reasons for resigning.
