When you have received what you wanted (example of which are rewards, incentives or entitlements) for all the sacrifices and labors/services that you have offered, all your hard work is paid off. But in order to be acknowledged, a notice must be sent. The submission of a notice does not mean that you brag about your accomplishments, it is simply because you deserve it.

Notice forms are used to notify or to remind certain people of what they are forgetting. An example of which is when a notice to quit form and a commencement notice is submitted.

Where to File and Send a Notice to Owner

A notice to owner must be filed a 30 day notice prior to making application for title. In order to give the last registered owner of the property and the lien holder of the records the opportunity to protect their interests in the abandoned property, the owner should send this notice through a certified mail or registered mail.

A notice to owner is usually submitted by the subcontractor or supplier which does not directly deal with the owner, unlike the general contractor. Failure to send this notice will make the sender or lien holder to be liable of the property abandoned.

A notice to owner is sent either by delivering the notice personally or in actual, by certified/registered mail, and/or by posting a job site. For more examples of notice forms, refer to notice form examples.
