There are a lot of instances wherein an individual will be required to draft a notice form. One example would be when a landlord will have to terminate his tenant from the property, for which he needs to present a Notice to Quit document prior to the day of termination.
Most people are hesitant in writing a 30-day notice since the time period is too long to subject for an immediate action. However, the month-long range will be helpful in the case of presenting further pieces of evidence in court sessions. Looking for witnesses is challenging and seeking their voice is even more so, since the jury will require a Notice of Deposition as a document to allow the witnesses’ voices to be heard.
