Acquisition vs. Requisition Test

An acquisition, from the word itself, is an asset or a property obtained or gained. It also means taking custody of whatever records . When you want to ask for, either your records or records of somebody else, you acquire for it. But acquisition of tests, records or results, are only given to the person or people who are authorized to claim it.

The person acquiring these records are not guaranteed unless they fill up a medical consent form from the owner of the results or records, because physicians or doctors are never allowed to release any medical information, since these are confidential.

A requisition is a request, demand or official order of a particular thing made by someone in a formal way. An example is when a physician requests for a test for the patient to undergo. The test requisition form also includes the amount to be paid, or patients can asked for patient requisition forms.

Payment requisition forms can also be used for this. Another example is when an organization needs to have a training to conduct at a specific location. The organization would fill up training requisition form in order for their request to be permitted by the head.
