Eviction notices are formal documents that inform the tenant that the lease is about to end. Receiving one does not mean that you need to move out the next day. It is usually given days before the actual end date, often following the notice-period indicated in the signed lease agreement. This document is also used to inform the tenant of their violation and the actions they need to take on to settle it.
