What Is a Notarized Affidavit of  Eligibility and Liability?

This type of affidavit is what one uses in the event that a person wishes to provide a company with information regarding one’s self. With the affidavit, it means that all information regarding that person are all accurate and should there be any errors, that person can and will be subjected to perjury as the affidavit has been signed by a notary which means it is eligible for use within the court of law.

Once you have provided the company with this kind of affidavit, it means that you are freeing them from any liabilities regarding anything that should happen to you once you have provided them with your information.

So it is always best to be very careful as to who you submit these forms to considering that you are sending your personal and other types of information.
